In this video, I explore a new graphic design workflow for designers and creative teams and show how to access and use Dropbox files directly in ChatGPT. I select specific project files from Dropbox—including the original brief, audience research, meeting notes and previous campaign work—and use them in ChatGPT to identify conflicting feedback, uncover missing information and create a focused creative brief the team can review and build from.
Instead of using AI to generate endless design ideas, this workflow gives ChatGPT meaningful context from trusted Dropbox project files without requiring me to download and re-upload them. I’ll show how I analyze the existing project thinking, create a Dropbox file request for missing client materials, turn the information into a clearer creative brief and save the completed output back to Dropbox alongside the original project files.
