When learning to run a profitable web design business you need to focus on the core skills that will have the biggest impact. To sell web design successfully some skills are much more important than others. In this video, we core what the 3 top core skills every web design business owner has to have.
I see these 3 skills as being the main high-level activities a web designer must be focused on and improving in. If you want to sell websites, grow a web design business, or just have a solid business plan for an online web-based business – these are skills you got to be aware of.
In fact, I think if you are having any issues right now in your web design business (can’t sell, bad clients, struggling to stay focused) it will come down to one or more of these skills. Luckily enough they are easy to improve on once you are aware of what they are.
