The “Starting a New Web Design Challenge” 2019.
Beginning from today I am starting a brand new Web Design business – and you can follow along with every step. What exactly is the goal?
Starting a completely new web design business from scratch and getting it back to making over $100,000 a year!
The Rules:
– Start a completely new web design business – new name, new website, new clients
– Look for new web design clients from scratch – no using my old portfolio
– I will sell web design (of course) but I will also offer some new services like video editing, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing that I am a complete newbie in
– This means I will have to improve my skills (and learn new skills) while also trying to sell them
– I will share my successes and failures openly on the Make Money with Web Design group, the Pro Sales Group, and on the Fox Web School Youtube Channel
– Aim for at least one decent sized project per month where I can openly share all the details
– Use easy to follow along methods and systems. No “advanced guru hidden secrets”
– Share the real projects, clients, and results (as much as possible, of course without damaging the clients business or putting it at risk)
– Show you exactly how you also can also build a six-figure agency
– Have fun and remember to smile 😉
But why do something like this?
A few reasons but the main one is – to help others do the same.
Every day I see people struggling to grow a web design business. They got caught with things like finding their first few clients, being able to charge decent amounts of money for a web design project, and how to grow the business so it’s making a consistent profit.
