How to Avoid Burn Out as a Web Design Freelancer. Check Out My Free Guide + 30-Step Checklist for a Profitable Web Design Business: https://foxwebschool.com/30-steps-to-selling-web-design/
It has been a little while! I wanted to stick this video up on avoiding burnout as a web designer/freelancer before the end of the year. It is from my private Legends coaching program and is all about setting up your weekly/daily schedule.
(The Fox Legends Program link is here: https://foxwebschool.com/fox-sales-legends)
The trick I have found, to avoid burning out when working as a web designer, is to FIRST plan your downtime/time off. You want to know you have enough time off to relax and recharge before you plan in everything else you got to do.
If you start instead with planning your web design work first you will find it expands and expands until it takes up your whole week – not good! So always start with enough time for you first – then focus on the business.
After that I work on my overview of the week first, then work out what to do each individual day, and then focus on the top 3 tasks to move the business forward.
Let me know in the comments if this helps and if you have a different system that works well for you.
