I hope that learning about these mid-market rates and the skill level you need to be at for each one helps you to figure out what to ask for when you’re apply at a company. These salaries are all in USD, are annual figures, pre-tax, and are based on market research that was conducted BEFORE the global pandemic. I’m afraid I don’t know how the pandemic has affected the market rates for designer salaries. There are also many other sides to compensation that I didn’t cover in this video for sake of time.
