I want to talk about accessible web design in this video and enhance the accessibility with accessiBe, a fully automated web accessibility app that you can install on your website and meet the WCAG compliance.
As a designer, we have to think about different types of users. Your web users can be like my parent at the age of 80+, someone who got injured in an accident, students who have low vision or people who are colour blind.
Especially for the nonprofit industry, there is a wide range of web audiences. As a designer, we cannot assume that we have only one type of user, and our goal is to make websites accessible to as many types of users as possible.
In my opinion, accessiBe app is not a magic pill that solves your website. Your website should be accessible at a reasonable level first. Then, use accessiBe to elevate your website accessibility level up.

Nonprofit organizations need to have a website to create awareness about their organization, collect donations, promote their services, and more. If it is not the right time to invest huge money, start small and get fancy later.
