If you want to master sales you got to be able to control a sale. It is only when you have control can you start moving the sale forward and towards an actual deal.

Most sales are not lost to the competition – they are lost to confusion.

A potential client isn’t going to sell it to themselves – you need to be leading the sale if you want to be successful. So you got to know how to take control of a sales call/conversation and keep it moving.

If you can’t control the sales conversation by the time you get to closing the sale, IF you get to closing the sale, you will already have a ton of issues waiting to unfold. This is a very common problem for people selling web design and web freelancers. And you don’t want that!
