Web Designer Tutorials for Xara Web Designer 9 Premium. This tutorial will go over the process of making a hyperlink that scrolls page to a specific article. The method used is referred to as link anchor text in other words its text that takes you to another piece of text on the page typically some kind of article. The first thing you have to is create a section of text with a title and then position it on your web page where you want it to appear. Secondly you have to give the title a name by using the names dialogue box to apply a name. After you give the title a name we have to create another title that will behave as a link to go to that article. In order to do that you just right click on the text and under the link tab in web properties choose the option that says link to anchor and choose the name you applied to the article you want to go to when text is clicked.
