Asking Claude to make a site look more premium does not work, because premium is not an instruction. Apple publishes its actual Human Interface Guidelines for free, so you can hand Claude the real rules instead: the type scale and line heights, the contrast minimums, the spacing, the tap target sizing and the Liquid Glass material language. The strongest use is auditing a site you already have and having it list every small detail that is off.
