In October of 2020 the Butler Branding team had an internal review of our website design process. It came to my attention that there have been some gaps in our process and some of the team members felt disconnected from important aspects of the process. When it comes to an agencies processes, I believe it’s either an issue with the system, or an issue where the team mates are not working the system. In our case, it was a bit of both.
